Anyone still here?
Just wanted to say that I am excited that Charlotte is getting a 100% vegetarian restaurant that should be opening any day now.

It'll be nice since both Home Economist and Earthfare (in Charlotte at least) can be hit or miss when it comes to ready made vegan options.
